Matthew S. Wulukau, Jr. is an international leader in global development and infrastructure strategy, whose work connects public health, education, and international collaboration across West and East Africa. As Co‑Founder & President of Planting A Seed International, Inc. (PASI), he has expanded service‑learning, health outreach, and workforce development programs that engage students and faculty from 17+ HBCUs in Liberia, Senegal, Kenya, and Tanzania. Matthew’s leadership has strengthened collaborations with multiple government ministries, universities, hospitals, and community partners, while growing PASI’s community development initiatives by 40% and student participation by 60%. To date, PASI has mobilized over 270 students and faculty across four countries, delivering programs that improve access to education and healthcare for thousands of community members. Guided by a collaborative and mission‑driven leadership philosophy, Matthew focuses on building sustainable partnerships that empower local communities and create long‑term impact.
