Matthew S. Wulukau, Jr. is an international leader in global development and infrastructure strategy, whose work connects public health, education, and international collaboration across West and East Africa. As Co‑Founder & President of Planting A Seed International, Inc. (PASI), he has expanded service‑learning, health outreach, and workforce development programs that engage students and faculty from 17+ HBCUs in Liberia, Senegal, Kenya, and Tanzania. Matthew’s leadership has strengthened collaborations with multiple government ministries, universities, hospitals, and community partners, while growing PASI’s community development initiatives by 40% and student participation by 60%. To date, PASI has mobilized over 270 students and faculty across four countries, delivering programs that improve access to education and healthcare for thousands of community members. Guided by a collaborative and mission‑driven leadership philosophy, Matthew focuses on building sustainable partnerships that empower local communities and create long‑term impact. His global footprint spans West Africa, East Africa, and the United States, reflecting a commitment to bridging cultures and strengthening international ties through education and development.
